Hi! I'm Jin. My experience with software development and programming spans my career as an aerospace engineer working in the defense industry for over 8 years and as a technical co-founder at Blue Planit. I graduated from the University of Florida and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with engineering degrees. Tidis Ventures (pronounced Tai-dis) is the holding company that houses all my projects and work.
I consider myself a lifelong learner. I'm continually pushing myself to learn about newer technologies and frameworks as well as topics like machine learning and cryptocurrencies (link to my YT channel).
I want to help and educate people just coming into the SW engineering/development industry through the content that I make. By offering my knowledge and problem solving skills, I also want to provide solutions for small to medium businesses looking to improve their workflow, efficiency, and technologies. I look forward to understanding their problems and working towards a solution. I don't promise to have all the answers right away since the tech world is so big but I will do my best to learn and provide the best service possible.
Related to industry, I'm most experienced with Google-related products and technologies spanning Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.), YouTube, Chrome browser and web store, the Android development platform, Google Cloud Console, and more. On the infrastructure side, I'm hosting and continuously performing DevOp tasks with Amazon's AWS (CloudFront, EC2, S3, API Gateway, Lambdas, etc) and DigitalOcean services. I have experience working with MongoDB Atlas. For payment processing, I'm experienced with Stripe and to a lesser extent, cryptocurrency wallets.
