The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claim, action, demand, loss, or damages (including attorneys' fees) made or incurred by any third party arising out of or relating to your conduct, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with the Company in asserting any available defenses.
